Here is what we do, it's almost too simple. We carefully improve the cylinder porting, modify the head and exaust valves, modify the stock pipe, add our big flow intake, adjustable pressure regulator with pressure gauge, and 1.5 degree timing key. You are talking a huge gain in performance for not alot of cash. We recommend our Supertip clutch kit for optimum performance. You can upgrade to our Stealth pipe or drop alot to weight with our Full Velocity light weight muffler. Just send use your cylinders, head, exhaust valves and pipe. F7/M7 Bolt On Performer Kit

This is a bulletproof bolt on kit for an additional 10-15 horsepower on your Firecat or M Series. Start by sending us your stock pipe and we will modify it for another 5 horsepower. Once finished we will send it back to you along with our Supertip Clutch Kit, Big Flow Intake, Timing Key, and Inline Fuel Reducer (for EFI Models), or Exhaust Valve Spacers (Carb models). An unbelievable difference in out of the hole power, midrange acceleration and peak power. This kit gains all the way through. The perfect kit for a reliable, bolt-on, trail package. F7/M7 Quiet Performer Kit

BMP has a hot setup for your f7, carb or EFI. a stock f7 has about 135 hp stock, unlike the claimed 140 hp. but it has plenty of potential still. bmp has come up with a great package starting with a full porting job to both cylinders including modifying the exhaust valves. next is the bmp head mod to increase the compression ratio. a big flow intake for the airbox, a 2 degree offset timing key to advance the timing, and we do our pipe mod to your stock pipe for a completely stock appearance. and last is BMP’s adjustable billet pressure regulator for the fuel pump and a liquid filled pressure gauge. this package is designed to run on 91-92 octane, it has a broad powerband and is easy to tune. so you can pick up almost 25 hp on your f7 to get it up to a rocketing 158-160 hp!

F1000/M1000 200+ HP Quiet Performer Kit

The New 1000cc lay down motor from cat had some people worried when they were first released. Well, at BMP, we have washed all of those worries away! We have found to the massive potential of this motor second to none. A stock motor makes 165-167 horsepower at 7100-7200 rpm. Here is what we do to crank out 210-215 horsepower and 136-137 lb/ft of torque at 7700-7800 rpm. Yes 200+, I repeat, 200+!! Check out our Tech section for the dyno results.

Rev 800 Quiet Performer Kit

This new updated kit for the Rev 800 makes unbelievable power! We spent last season testing it on the trail, across the lake and up the mountains. It has proven to be a excellent performer at both high and low altitudes. Dont worry, these are not empty claims, they are backed up by a respected independent dyno facility. A true 163 horsepower kit with a ton of torque and and extremely broad powerband!! Thats a 24 horsepower gain over stock on 800 h.o. and almost 30 horsepower more on a standard 800 rev!!! And you can thrash on it all day long!!

This kit starts with us professionally porting your stock cylinders for maximum flow, port timing, and reliability. We then add our complete billet head kit for premium pump gas (choose high or low altitude domes), clutch kit, and a 1.5 degree offset timing key. Finish off the kit with our amazing new Stealth single pipe. The heat shield still fits on the pipe and this kit will look exactly like stock with the exception of the billet head kit. Minor jetting changes are all that's required to make this kit put the smack down on the bigger sleds.
