Policy
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, We will provide an
exchange or refund for products returned within 10 days from shipment
date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling.
All products must be in new, unused condition and must be in its
original packaging to receive a full refund. Merchandise not returned in
the original condition in which it was shipped may be subject to a
restocking fee of 20% of item's cost. Any Item returned after 10
days and prior to 25 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of
item's cost. There will be NO returns after 25 days.
There is no restocking fee if item is defective or there has been an
error on our part.
***Not all items are returnable. Please inquiry before ordering***
How do I return my product?
You need to obtain an RMA # by emailing the Returns Dept.
at
Return@XtremeSledParts.com before returning Item. We recommend
that you use UPS standard delivery or USPS Insured Priority Mail .
Who pays shipping on returned items?
The customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping to return an
item to us. In the case of an exchange, no additional shipping fee is
charged when we ship you the exchanged item.
How long does it take for an exchange or refund?
We make every attempt to process all
returns within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouse.
